Doppelgangers are mythical creatures or paranormal phenomena that are said to be exact duplicates of a person. They are often associated with bad omens or supernatural occurrences. Shadow doppelgangers, on the other hand, are a concept in psychology and spirituality, referring to the unconscious or hidden aspects of a person's personality.
